"I appreciated the clean beddings and fresh towels provided. The laptop tray was a good addition as it helped with my working posture. The barbecue grills outside were also a nice touch. Having a safe in the apartment was a definitely a plus. I loved everything about the apartment and how it was furnished. It was great to find toilet paper in the bathroom, which is a necessity. However, my only dislike was that the kitchen cabinets were not clean, giving the impression that they hadn't been used in a long time. On a positive note, having a bottle of water for guests upon arrival is a very good idea, and I would highly recommend it."
Perfect Location
Title: Perfect location. We booked the apartment for Redshot media team. The apartment is clean and well furnished. Very comfortable with beautiful views. Fumba town is such a beautiful estate with a Mall and restaurants- easy access. Location was just perfect as the team was shotting at Zan Coastal Academy- an International school next door to Fumba town. Check in was good. Aisha is a gem. Asante sana and will definitely recommend to others

Well equiped apartment with all required facilities for a longer stay. Full functioning kitchen (good to have gas cooker) including small details like sharp knives, cutting board, reasonable pots, cutlery. All utilities as electricity with generator backup, good pressure water, gas tank, plenty of lights and plugs, fans and A/C in both rooms. Small bathroom fully functional with shower (big & small head) wash basin although very small and toilet. Even rack and line for hanging towels. Nice balcony and calm surroundings. Sitting room/kitchen becomes very hot because of getting sun big part of the day. Bedroom much cooler also because surrounded by mature gardens. Only flaw is fridge, no self defrosting, generating too much ice quickly, old type. Some parts inside gone or broken. Apart from host always responsive via app there is local contact person who takes care of cleaning and helps out with any questions or issues. Note that communication is best in Swahili.

New house a few steps from the sea
"New house, well furnished, clean and with everything you need. Short distance to the sea and easy access with auto check in. Fast and efficient communication with the staff. Ideal house even for long stays."

The apartment is really good, spacious and functional. cleanliness worth 10. I think the area was bad, no music, no restaurants. The swimming pool on the beach was not always open and did not look very clean.
