"Fully functional apartment and hosts are easy to contact. It was a lovely stay!
The location was ideal and because it's a gated community, there is access to restaurants, including one that is near the beachfront/ reef coral.
Across this street when you get out of the gated community, there is a mall, and you can do some shopping at the supermarket and dine at another restaurant next to a coffee shop. The location is really convenient. Fumba town gives you a chance to also live like a local, and it's easy to meet other
foreigners there who can give you more information on how to go about seeing different places. We met so many other foreigners who actually lived there,
ate with them, socialized with them, and got recommendations from them. The hosts checked up on us and we're easy to contact."

Really great stay
"Really great stay at this apartment, boutique feel, just like the photos. The complex where the property is situated is big, but the host is easy to reach via message, phone call, and inbox. Cleaner service every couple of days was a bonus. I stayed here with my family and was very happy and safe."

Well equiped apartment with all required facilities for a longer stay. Full functioning kitchen (good to have gas cooker) including small details like sharp knives, cutting board, reasonable pots, cutlery. All utilities as electricity with generator backup, good pressure water, gas tank, plenty of lights and plugs, fans and A/C in both rooms. Small bathroom fully functional with shower (big & small head) wash basin although very small and toilet. Even rack and line for hanging towels. Nice balcony and calm surroundings. Sitting room/kitchen becomes very hot because of getting sun big part of the day. Bedroom much cooler also because surrounded by mature gardens. Only flaw is fridge, no self defrosting, generating too much ice quickly, old type. Some parts inside gone or broken. Apart from host always responsive via app there is local contact person who takes care of cleaning and helps out with any questions or issues. Note that communication is best in Swahili.

Four nights of magical experience in the fumba town apartments. The apartment is clean, nice, safe and impressive. The environment with the gardens and nice balcony for refreshing souls. The best apartments I’ve ever used. I want to be there more and more and all the time I wish to be in the Fumba Apartments. Once you stay there you’ll want to be there forever. The apartment is really good, spacious and functional. cleanliness worth 10. I think the area was bad, no music, no restaurants. The swimming pool on the beach was not always open and did not look very clean.

I booked Wayne's place for my family’s trip to Zanzibar, and it exceeded all our expectations. The host was incredibly responsive, helping us organize a pick-up from the port and regularly checking in to ensure everything was perfect. The house itself was immaculate, situated in a well-secured, quiet complex, and ideal for families. I highly recommend this place and would definitely book again."

Perfect Location
Title: Perfect location. We booked the apartment for Redshot media team. The apartment is clean and well furnished. Very comfortable with beautiful views. Fumba town is such a beautiful estate with a Mall and restaurants- easy access. Location was just perfect as the team was shotting at Zan Coastal Academy- an International school next door to Fumba town. Check in was good. Aisha is a gem. Asante sana and will definitely recommend to others

"I appreciated the clean beddings and fresh towels provided. The laptop tray was a good addition as it helped with my working posture. The barbecue grills outside were also a nice touch. Having a safe in the apartment was a definitely a plus. I loved everything about the apartment and how it was furnished. It was great to find toilet paper in the bathroom, which is a necessity. However, my only dislike was that the kitchen cabinets were not clean, giving the impression that they hadn't been used in a long time. On a positive note, having a bottle of water for guests upon arrival is a very good idea, and I would highly recommend it."

Nice apartment. Resort to be improved
Apartment size and equipment is good. Landlord and local host supportive and friendly.
Inside resort still many constructions ongoing, too less amenities and no beach to lie at water.
