Who We Are
Fumba Town Apartments is a personally managed short-stay and long-stay rental service based inside the award-winning Fumba Town development on Zanzibar's western coast. We offer guests a rare combination — the privacy and comfort of a self-catering apartment, with the reassurance of attentive hosts who genuinely care about your experience.
Our apartments are managed by Wayne, who has been visiting and investing in Tanzania since 2005 and returns annually. On the ground, Aisha heads up the day-to-day hosting — from welcoming guests and sorting any issues to running the boutique shop inside the Pavillion. Shuttle driver Digo ensures you are never stranded, handling airport runs and activity transfers with reliability and good humour.

We currently offer a cosy 1-bedroom apartment and a spacious 2-bedroom ocean-view apartment, both located within Fumba Town. Each is fully furnished and privately managed.
